Raga Sindhura possesses extensive experience in product management and business process engineering, having held key roles at USAA from September 2018 to April 2020, where responsibilities included leading a team of over 25 individuals through multiple product release cycles and enhancing operational efficiencies through DMAIC and lean methodologies. Prior experience includes positions as a Data Analyst/Business Analyst at Econtenti, Inc. and as an Associate Business Analyst at KSG Projects - India, focusing on stakeholder alignment and project documentation. Raga holds a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Illinois Springfield and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from MJCET Osmania University.
