Rebecca Basak

Rebecca Basak, MBA, is the Underwriting Director at USAA, where they have held various underwriting roles, including Senior P&C Staff Underwriter and Lead P&C Staff Underwriter. Previously, they worked as a Commercial Lines Underwriter at Nationwide Insurance from 1999 to 2002. Currently, Rebecca serves as a Board Member for both the LexisNexis Customer Advisory Board and the Insurance Placement Facility of Delaware, while also being a Licensed Real Estate Agent at Realnet Florida Real Estate since 2025. They earned an MBA from Nova Southeastern University and a BA in Criminology from the University of Florida.
