Rebecca Harvey

Rebecca Harvey, CFE, CAMS, serves as the Compliance and Operational Risk Testing Lead at USAA since December 2021, following roles at Wells Fargo as an Enterprise Testing Sr. Associate and at Western Union as Senior Manager of Global Regulatory Management. With a strong focus on Anti-Money Laundering and compliance audits, Rebecca has extensive experience in risk assessment and has contributed significantly to internal audit processes across various organizations. Previous positions include Senior Internal Auditor at OppenheimerFunds and Compliance Consultant at MetLife. Rebecca is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law at Florida State University College of Law after earning a BS in Marketing from Colorado State University.
