With over 32 years of experience as a former Air Force Colonel, they have demonstrated proven leadership in managing corporate-level projects and organizations. Previously, Robert held various senior positions in the U.S. Air Force, including Commander of the 305 Services Squadron and Director of Staff, where they significantly improved profitability, managed large teams, and developed strategic initiatives. They are pursuing advanced studies at the USAF Air War College and Air Command and Staff College while holding a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University.
