Roy K. Nichols

Roy K. Nichols has extensive experience in product management and leadership roles, currently serving as Director of Agile Product Management at USAA, where previous positions included Director of Development Product Owner. Nichols also has a background in military service as a Military Police in the Army National Guard. Additionally, experience includes working as a Program Project Manager at CPS Energy. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from the University of the Incarnate Word and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
