Sagar Gollapudi

Sagar Gollapudi is an experienced Agile Leader and Strategic Transformation Lead with a strong background in program management and agile methodologies. Currently at USAA since January 2019, Sagar specializes in transforming large SAFe Agile Release Trains for financial applications. Prior to this, Sagar served as a Transformational Leader for Agile Data Analytics at TOYOTA, overseeing a significant agile transformation initiative within the Advanced Data and Technology group. With earlier roles at State Farm and Cognizant, Sagar has extensive experience in large-scale agile program management and advanced solutions. Sagar's career began at Satyam, where responsibilities included consulting project management and leading full life cycle projects. Educational qualifications include an MBA in IT Strategy and General Management from Melbourne Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur, supplemented by SAFe training from the Scaled Agile Academy.
