Michelle Dexter

Michelle Dexter, SHRM-SCP, has over 25 years of experience in human resources. Michelle is currently the Senior Director of HR Operations at USAble Life since December 2022. Prior to this, Michelle held various leadership roles at Rhode Island Quality Institute from 2011 to 2022, including Senior Director of HR & Organizational Effectiveness and Director of Human Resources. Michelle also served as the Human Resources Manager at The Employers Association from 2005 to 2011 and as a Human Resources Specialist at A.T. Cross Company from 1997 to 2003.

Michelle Dexter attended Bryant University, where they studied Business Management with a focus on Psychology. However, it is unclear if they completed their degree or pursued any other formal education beyond this.
