Jovana Rajevic began their work experience in 2013 as a Customer Service Representative at MyTrendyPhone, where they provided support for both B2C and B2B customers. Jovana later became a Team Leader, managing the daily duties of support and training CSRs in customer service offices and brick & mortar stores in Oslo and Copenhagen. In 2017, Jovana joined Business Outsourcing Services as a Customer Service Representative, specializing in B2B support for HR and Evolution Software. Jovana quickly learned unfamiliar technology systems and software. Jovana then transitioned to UsableNet in 2019 as a Quality Assurance Tester at Rhea Software.
Jovana Rajevic obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Scandinavian Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from the University of Belgrade, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Later on, they attended ITAcademy from 2016 to 2017 to pursue studies in Web Design.
