Pablo Bormotoff has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. Pablo began as a freelance web developer, then moved to Allis - Field Marketing as an administrative assistant in 2016. In 2017, they joined Uber as a Community Operations Specialist I and II, where they monitored the customer service team, provided trainings, and analyzed KPIs. In 2020, they became an Analista de atendimento ao cliente - Pleno at iugu, and then a Customer Relationship Specialist at Insider Store. Currently, they are a Customer Success Operations (Senior) at Usadosbr.
Pablo Bormotoff began their educational journey in 2012 when they obtained a Technical degree in T.I (Analysis of Systems) from S.O.S. In 2014, they obtained a Technical degree in Webmaster from People, while also enrolling in the University of São Paulo (USP) to pursue a degree in Administration and Business. In 2015, they enrolled in the University of Instituto Educacional BM&FBOVESPA to pursue a degree in Personal Finances and Stock Investments, which they completed in 2016. In 2018, they completed their degree in Administration and Business from USP and began pursuing a degree in Computer Science and Informatics from Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho, which they are expected to complete in 2022. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from institutions such as AML Risco Reputacional, iugu, and LinkedIn.
