Lisa Hughes

Lisa Hughes is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in health and wellness, engineering, and lean processes. As the Founder of Conscious Healing Institute since January 2020, Lisa specializes in healing trauma through various methodologies, including Emotional Release Therapy and Crystal Healing. Concurrently, Lisa serves as Principal Consultant since 2014, providing training and coaching to enhance operational efficiency in various sectors. In the wellness industry, Lisa has been a Director-Independent Associate with USANA Health Sciences since 2013, mentoring individuals in building their own health-related businesses. Previous roles include President & CEO at O'NA HealthCare™, Director of Programs at Varex Imaging Corporation, and Quality Program Manager at ATK, where Lisa implemented quality assurance systems and lean methodologies, achieving significant improvements in operational performance. Lisa holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Utah and a certification in Lean Product Development from the University of Michigan.
