Micheal Salls

Micheal Salls has extensive experience in IT management, currently serving as the IT Director of Global IT Support and Events at USANA Health Sciences since April 2015. In this role, Micheal oversees global IT support, IT service management, worldwide events, software licensing, system administration, and engineering, along with international IT responsibilities. Previously, Micheal held several positions at USANA, including IT Business Analysis Manager and Technical Product Owner, focusing on IT process optimization and customer experience. Prior to USANA, Micheal managed helpdesk operations at eBay and provided IT support at the Dugway Military Base and Park City School District, showcasing a comprehensive background in IT support and management across various sectors.
