Luca Baraldi

Luca Baraldi has extensive experience in the engineering and production sector, particularly in undercarriage components for earth-moving and agricultural machinery. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer Undercarriage at USCO ITR since August 2017, Luca previously held various leadership roles at Berco SPA from 1990 to 2017, including Chief Operating Officer and Director of Operations. During tenure at Berco, notable achievements included the design and implementation of a three-year investment plan, promoting Lean principles, and contributing to the development of the ThyssenKrupp Production System. Luca holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
