Guilherme Dias Gonzaga

Guilherme Dias Gonzaga has a wealth of experience in supply chain and manufacturing management. Guilherme began their career in 2008 at Natura, where they held the roles of Coordenador Sênior de Disponibilização de Lançamentos Internacional e Inovação, Coordenador Sênior de S&OP e Planejamento Estratégico, Coordenador Pleno de Planejamento Logístico MRP, Analista Sênior de Planejamento de Distribuição, and Coordenador Sênior de Planejamento de Matérias Primas. Guilherme then took a one-year unpaid leave of absence before joining MadeiraMadeira in 2021 as Inbound Manager. Most recently, they accepted the role of Head of Supply & R&D at B.O.B Bars Over Bottles in 2022.

Guilherme Dias Gonzaga completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Environmental Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas between 2004 and 2009. Guilherme then went on to attend UC San Diego, where they earned a degree in Business Management with a focus in International Business between 2013 and 2014.
