Alan Bush

Alan Bush is an accomplished insurance claims professional with extensive experience in the automotive industry. Currently serving as a consultant for the Certified Automotive Parts Association (CAPA) since August 2024, Alan previously held the position of President at ALDB and Associates Consulting, LLC since November 2015, following a 26.5-year career at USAA. As the founder of Accurate DIV, LLC, Alan developed a patented process for assessing inherent loss in vehicle value post-repair. Additional consultancy roles include President of Whole Note Claim Solutions, LLC, and consultant roles at Car-Part.com and NSF International. Alan is a former Co-Chairperson of the CAPA Technical Committee and has a strong educational background, including a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and certification as a Senior Claims Law Associate.
