Charles Tidswell

Charles Tidswell is currently the VP, Growth SG, HK & MY at Insider. Prior to this, they were the VP JAPAC at Socialbakers from February 2016 to April 2021. There, they managed a team of QBSR's and non QBSR's in Singapore and Australia, expanding the team from 6 to 28 with a portfolio of 300+ clients across multiple verticals in 13 countries. Charles has also made frequent appearances on BBC, Bloomberg, CNBC and Singapore radio with a focus on social media topics, digital marketing and earning releases.

Before Socialbakers, Tidswell was the Chief Revenue Officer APAC at SaleCycle from November 2013 to January 2016. There, they were responsible for expanding the company's sales footprint and securing the APJ operation as a stand-alone entity. In just over a year, the APJ team grew from himself to 13 and secured contracts with e-commerce merchants whose annual revenue exceeded US$50,000,000 annually. Tidswell also expanded the operation to Australia and secured a channel partner network in Japan.
