Claudyo Ibrahim

Claudyo Ibrahim is an experienced Conversational AI Designer Consultant currently working at Insider since November 2024. Previously, Claudyo held multiple leadership roles at WIZ.AI from March 2022 to October 2024, including AI Product Operation Lead overseeing a team of 30 members and two key positions focused on team management and project delivery in chatbot and talkbot operations. Prior to this, Claudyo gained project management expertise at Huawei from July 2019 to February 2022, leading teams in delivering Radio Access Network projects and managing KPIs for critical telecommunications projects. Claudyo's career began with internships in various roles at PT Albasia Nusa Karya, PT Industri Telekomunikasi Indonesia, and Telkom Indonesia. Claudyo holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Telkom University, awarded in June 2018.
