Richard Ibarra

Richard Ibarra is an experienced Senior Software Engineer currently at Kojo since October 2022. Previously, Richard served as CTO at Kipp and OSA, leading teams to design tech solutions for medium to large companies. Richard has also held roles at Globant as Tech Lead and Senior Software Engineer, and was involved in volunteer tutoring at Corporación Niñas Pro. A solid foundation in software engineering was established through positions at Universidad de Chile and various companies where Richard developed tools for data analysis and cryptographic systems. Richard holds an MBA from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidad de Chile, alongside multiple certifications in global business and analytics.
