Jim Palgan

Jim Palgan has a diverse range of work experience in recruitment and HR. Jim started their career as an HR Recruitment Intern at Cognizant in 2017. From there, they worked as a Technical Recruiter at Collabera Inc. from December 2017 to October 2018. Following this, they joined Bolton International, Inc. as a Talent Acquisition Specialist from March 2019 to September 2019, and then transitioned into the role of Technical Recruiter from September 2019 to January 2020. Currently, they are working at User Experience Researchers Pte Ltd in Singapore, starting as a Technical Recruiter from September 2020 to May 2021, and then becoming an HR Recruitment Lead from May 2021 onwards.

Jim Palgan completed their education at Adamson University from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Registered Psychometrician from the Professional Regulation Commission in 2017.
