Jonathan Wagner

Jonathan Wagner is an experienced user researcher and designer with a diverse background in user experience, interaction design, and mentoring. Currently serving as a Senior User Research Instructor at User Research International since June 2022, Jonathan focuses on training and coaching qualitative user researchers while developing assessment frameworks. Previously, Jonathan launched the first User Research Bootcamp at the Interaction Design Foundation and has consulted for startups on UX strategy. With significant roles at companies like BD and NextGen Healthcare, Jonathan has contributed to medical software design and innovative product testing processes. Jonathan's early career included pivotal roles at Hewlett Packard, where leadership in Out of Box Experience design was established. Jonathan holds a BA in English from UCLA.
