Maria Akimova

Maria Akimova is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in various HR roles and extensive expertise in recruitment and business partnership. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Usercentrics since April 2021, Maria previously led HR practices as an individual consultant from March 2014 to April 2021, managing international recruitment for IT companies and consulting on internal HR processes. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Business Partner for the Sales Department at Veeam Software from November 2009 to March 2014 and working as a recruiter at EMG Professionals from August 2008 to November 2009, where Maria handled the full-cycle recruitment process. Maria holds a Specialist degree in Applied Maths and Processes of Control from Saint Petersburg State University, completed in 2009.
