Lena Bergelt

Lena Bergelt has a diverse work experience. In 2015, they started their career at Deloitte Digital as a Senior Consultant, where they worked until March 2018. Following that, they joined AZED Corporate Coaching GmbH in April 2018 as the Head of Sales. Lena'sresponsibilities included managing and scaling the platform that provided one-on-one business coaching to employees, particularly middle management leaders and high potentials. In 2019, Lena became a Regional Manager at Userlane, a position that they currently hold.

Lena Bergelt began their education journey in 2011 at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in 2014. In 2013, Lena briefly studied as a Visiting Scholar/Exchange Semester MBA at Columbia Business School, focusing on Business Administration. Lena later pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management at the University of Sydney, completing their studies in 2015.
