About the Job

We are looking for a talented full-time graphic and web designer, to support our growing marketing team in creating stunning ad campaigns, landing pages, industry reports, infographics, and other types of assets. You will be joining a senior designer dedicated to our 17-person marketing team. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing infographics and featured images for the blogs and social media

  • Designing and developing landing pages (using Elementor) for Google Ads, events, etc.

  • Designing PDF reports (for both web and print), lead magnets, and other visual assets

  • Designing visual creatives for ad campaigns

  • Simple photo and video editing for social media

Required Experience:

  • 2+ years of proven track record doing graphic and web design (ideally for a B2B SaaS company)

  • Attention to detail

  • Creativity in transforming data into attractive visual assets

  • Understanding the purpose of the design deliverables

  • Great project management, time management, and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and juggle multiple projects at a time

Required Technical skills:

  • Software Proficiency:

  • Figma - Advanced Proficiency required

  • Adobe Creative Suite: (Intermediate/Basic Proficiency required) - Adobe Photoshop - Adobe Illustrator - Adobe InDesign3. Other Design ToolsCanva - Basic Proficiency required | good to have or know / not requiredSketch - UI/UX design and prototyping | good to have or know / not required4. Video/Animation and Motion Graphics ( plus if have knowledge )

  • Video editing - Adobe PremierPro

  • Basic skills in Adobe After Effects or similar software for creating simple animations and motion graphics. (consider as bonus)

  • HTML/CSS - Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for web design purposes.

  • Ability to work with developers and understand web design constraints.

  • Content Management Systems: Familiarity with WordPress & Elementor - Huge plus if have knowledge
