Amal Ponathil

Amal Ponathil, Ph.D. is a Senior UX Researcher at UserTesting, with prior experience as a UX Researcher at UserZoom. A background in qualitative and quantitative research includes contributions to projects for major clients such as Amazon, Google, and Verizon.
