Dana Bishop

Dana Bishop is a seasoned professional in UX research and strategy, currently serving as Vice President of Experience Research Strategy at UserTesting since April 2023, where leadership involves guiding a team of Experience Research Consultants and collaborating across the organization. Prior to this role, Dana held various positions at UserZoom, including VP of UX Research Partner, where significant contributions included developing competitive benchmarking reports and co-hosting the podcast UXpeditious. With a rich background in UX research from previous roles at Key Lime Interactive and Keynote Systems, Dana has authored numerous industry reports, managed research teams, and enhanced methodologies such as the QXscore. Dana also has experience in consulting and producing usability studies while running DBishop Consulting and holds an academic background in Multimedia Studies and Photography from respected institutions.
