Ross Fullarton

Ross Fullarton is an experienced talent acquisition leader, currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at UserTesting since April 2023 and previously holding the same position at UserZoom from May 2021. Ross has actively contributed to the establishment and global leadership of the Talent Acquisition function, supporting a 40% year-on-year growth across various regions including the US, Spain, UK, Germany, and France. Prior to these roles, Ross held multiple positions at EMIS, including Senior Resourcing Business Partner, Resourcing Operations Manager, and Talent Partner. Additional experience includes serving as Director and International Headhunter at Douglas Fox, International Headhunter at Cloud Computing International, and Account Manager at BT. Ross is an alumnus of the University of Gloucestershire, where studies were completed from 2008 to 2011, and attended St Aidans C of E High School from 2000 to 2007.
