Kurt Robinson

Kurt Robinson is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, and systems management. Currently serving as Director and Principal SRE at UserVoice since June 2017, Kurt has led the modernization of SaaS infrastructure, implemented cloud migration strategies, and streamlined technical operations, including SOC2 audit management. Prior roles include leading the DevOps team at Validic and serving as Director of Engineering at SmartBear Software, where responsibilities included overseeing SaaS products and managing an OpenStack platform. With a foundational background in systems engineering and network engineering, coupled with advanced degrees in Management Information Systems and Biomedical Engineering, Kurt has a proven track record of driving operational excellence and fostering team growth across various technologies and locations.
