Dana Shild

Dana Shild has a strong background in HR, with a focus on leadership and management roles. Dana has worked with various companies, including UserWay.org, where they currently hold the position of VP HR. Prior to this, they served as Head of HR at Source Defense, SSD Secure Disclosure, and Beyond Security, where they held the role of Head of Global HR. Dana also has experience as an HR Consultant, working as a freelancer, and as Head of HR & Finance at Batsheva Dance Company. Dana started their career as an HR Manager at My Single Point and gained experience as a Business Analyst at Check Point Software Technologies.

Dana Shild completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Dana attended the university from 1998 to 2002.
