Sergii Pavliuk

Sergii Pavliuk has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Sergii is currently working at UserWay.org as the VP PMO, where they oversee project management activities. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Product at UserWay.org, where they were responsible for developing and managing product strategies. Sergii also worked as a Senior Product Manager at UserWay, contributing to the development of innovative digital accessibility technologies.

Before joining UserWay.org, Sergii was employed at Software MacKiev as a Product Owner and Senior Delivery Manager. Sergii also served as a Senior Project Manager at the same company.

Previously, Sergii worked at Celenia as a Senior Project Manager, where they successfully managed various projects. Sergii also gained valuable experience at ISM Ukraine, where they worked as a Product Owner and Project Manager.

Earlier in their career, Sergii held the position of Information Technology Manager at Encon Sp. z o.o., where they showcased their leadership and technical skills. Overall, their work experience demonstrates strong expertise in project management, product development, and information technology.

Sergii Pavliuk completed their education in a chronological manner. From 1999 to 2002, they attended Zhytomyr State Technological Lyceum and earned a Diploma (with honor) in the field of physics and mathematics. Following this, from 2000 to 2001, they studied at the High School of Whitewater in Wisconsin, USA, where they obtained another Diploma (with honor), this time in economics, governmental, legislative, and social studies.

After their time in the USA, Sergii returned to Zhytomyr State Technological University, where they pursued their Master's degree in Automatic Control in Technical Systems. Sergii successfully completed it from 2002 to 2007 and graduated with honors.

Continuing their academic journey, Sergii joined the Zhytomyr Military Institute of Radioelectronics from 2004 to 2007. Here, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Automatic Control in Technical Systems.

Finally, in 2007, Sergii Pavliuk returned to Zhytomyr State Technological University once again for post-graduate studies. Sergii enrolled as a Doctorate's candidate and specialized in Automatic Control in Technical Systems.
