Bhaskar Murthy

Bhaskar Murthy is the current Head of Engineering at Swyft. Prior to this, they were the Director of Engineering at Maple from December 2020 to January 2022. Before that, they served as the CTO of Secret Mission Software from September 2018 to August 2020. At Secret Mission Software, they were responsible for growing the team from 1 to 10+, building a cross-functional product development team, and implementing agile practices to deliver projects on time and within budget. Bhaskar also defined the hiring plan, proficiency/skills ladder, and career roadmap for the engineering team. Some of the notable projects they worked on include Findspace - a commercial real estate marketing and leasing platform.

Bhaskar Murthy studied software engineering at the University of Toronto and obtained a Bachelor of Applied Sciences degree.
