Matthew Crawley

Matthew Crawley is the current Director of Operations at Swyft. Prior to this, they were the Operations Team Lead at North American Distribution Logistics Inc. from June 2019 to May 2022. In this role, they were responsible for planning and executing shipments for all types of trucking equipment, following strict timelines and adhering to transport specifications for specialized equipment, negotiating to maximize profit and find the best options for company stakeholders, continuing and growing long-term relationships with customers, and offering services and assistance in both French and English for internal and external stakeholders.

Before their role at North American Distribution Logistics Inc., Matthew Crawley was the Global Logistics Manager at Monogram Creative Console from October 2017 to November 2021. In this role, they were responsible for operations, logistics, and inventory management, including managing the supply chain to support all sales and distribution channels, focusing on efficiency, speed, and positive customer experience; delivering to customers around the world successfully, accurately, and on time, whether in small package or large-scale shipments; reconciling inventory through a monthly audit process across 4 international warehouses; and ensuring all paperwork for customs border crossings was accurate and allowed for successful delivery of shipments. Matthew was also responsible for sales and channel partners, maintaining ongoing successful relationships with Palette resellers around the globe, planning and negotiating promotions with partners to ensure growth in new markets, invoicing clients and liaising with accounting teams to ensure accuracy and on-time payments, and managing Amazon strategy. Matthew successfully grew in new marketplaces and open additional revenue opportunities.

Matthew Crawley has a general business diploma from Conestoga College in the field of general sales, merchandising and related marketing operations. Matthew also has a bartending certification from Conestoga College in the field of business/commerce, general. Matthew Crawley also has a high school diploma from Waterloo Collegiate Institute. Matthew has a certification from the LCBO in Canadian Wine Council.

Matthew Crawley reports to Aadil Kazmi, CEO & Co-Founder. They are on a team with Bhaskar Murthy - Head of Engineering, Roald Harvey - Head of People, and Toan Inglis - Head of Revenue, North America.
