Adam Augusiak-Boro

Adam Augusiak-Boro started their work experience in 2013 as a Corporate Associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. Adam then joined Apollo Global Management LLC in 2014 as a Legal Secondee. In 2015, Adam became an Investment Banking Associate at Moelis & Company, where they worked until 2018. Adam then joined EquityZen as a Senior Research Analyst from 2018 to 2019.

Adam Augusiak-Boro continued their career at Evercore in 2019 as a Vice President in Investment Banking, a role they held until 2022. Currently, they are Head of Capital at Tap, the first marketplace for private fund secondaries.

Throughout their career, Adam has gained expertise in various sectors including corporate law, investment banking, research analysis, and capital management.

Adam Augusiak-Boro attended Cornell University from 2007 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. Their major was Government, and they minored in Spanish. Following their undergraduate studies, they enrolled in Cornell Law School from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained their Juris Doctor degree with a concentration in Business Law and Regulation. In 2009, Adam also participated in the Consortium for Advanced Studies in Barcelona at Universitat de Barcelona, although the specific field of study is unknown. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including the Series 7, Series 63, and Series 79, from institutions such as FINRA.
