Valerie Piazza

Valerie joined USfalcon in November 2016 as the Director, Contracts and was promoted to Vice President, Contracts in March 2021. In her role, Valerie leads her team of Contracts and Subcontracts/Procurement professionals as they navigate the ever-changing regulatory landscape, negotiate and form contracts and teaming agreements, and assess contractual obligations to secure the best interests of the company.

Valerie has over 30 years of Government Contracts experience and has held various management positions in both large and small businesses. She is often recognized for her ability to develop successful and mutually beneficial working relationships with her customers as well as her continued focus on the success of the company and her team.

Valerie holds a Bachelor’s degree from Campbell University and is a Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) and Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM).
