Swarnava Mukherjee has a diverse work experience in the marketing and alliance field. Swarnava started their career at Ushacomm in 2009 as a Marketing Executive, where they handled vendor management activities and conducted regular promotions through various digital channels. Swarnava also conducted secondary research on revenues and future forecasts for specific geographies. In 2012, Mukherjee joined Usha Martin Technologies as a Senior Marketing Executive, where they gained hands-on experience in media planning, advertisement management, and search engine marketing activities. Swarnava was later promoted to Associate Manager in 2015, responsible for overseeing both external and internal communications for the entire Technology wing of the company. Swarnava developed go-to-market strategies, built strong partner relationships, and gave product demos and presentations for partner enablement. In 2018, Mukherjee was promoted to Manager, maintaining their responsibilities in marketing and alliance but with increased leadership and managerial roles.

Swarnava Mukherjee pursued an MBA in Marketing from the West Bengal University of Technology, Kolkata, from 2007 to 2009. Prior to this, Swarnava attended the Central Board of Secondary Education, although the specific degree and field of study are unknown.
