Michael Lawson has extensive experience in the technology and business intelligence field. Michael started their career in 1992 as a Lead Programmer and Director of Technology at United Advertising / Lead Management Group. During their time there, they improved software design and project management, transforming an ineffective department. In 1997, they joined Agency Management Group / Healthmarkets as the VP of Technology and Business Intelligence. In this role, they conceived and delivered next-generation selling and marketing tools, streamlined business processes, and created a new data mart for reporting and analysis. In 2008, Lawson became the Director of Information Technology at NASE, where they designed, created, and managed a new technology infrastructure and department. Michael also recruited and mentored staff, provided project management, and optimized processes. Currently, they are the VP of Business Intelligence at USHealth Group, where they have been since 2014.
Michael Lawson completed Masters coursework in Economics at Oklahoma State University from 1988 to 1990. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Philosophy from The University of Tulsa.
