Ximena Blake

Ximena Blake has over 10 years of professional experience. Ximena began their career in 2005 as a Multimedia Editor at 360training. In 2008, they took on the role of Website Content Coordinator - Product Marketing at Vertive, Inc. - Creator and Publisher of Offers.com. In 2011, Ximena became a Digital Marketing MBA Internship - Team Lead at Partner: Winogradsky/Sobel. From 2012 to 2014, they held two positions as Senior Product Experience Manager at Valoran USA, Inc. and YESIMO. In 2014, Ximena became a Marketing Manager - Consumer and Community Development at Austin American-Statesman. From 2016 to 2018, they served as Operations Manager - Home Care and Product Manager / Scrum Master at A Place for Mom. Most recently, Ximena has been a Senior Scrum Master at uShip since 2018.

Ximena Blake received their Bachelor of Arts in English from The University of Texas at Austin between 2001 and 2004. Ximena then obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from St.Edward's University between 2010 and 2012. In October 2021, they obtained their ICP-ACC certification from Tandem Coaching Academy. In November 2022, they obtained their Certified SAFe 5 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. Ximena is also a Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance.
