Venkatesh Mohan

Venkatesh Mohan has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Venkatesh is currently the Director of Engineering AI at Ushur, a position they started in January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Sumyag Data Sciences from August 2017 to December 2021, where they were a Founder-Director and part of the founding team focused on creating solutions in Document AI. From July 2016 to August 2017, Venkatesh worked at InnovationHub Technologies Pvt Ltd as a Principal Evangelist, contributing to the development of products for the visually impaired.

Before joining InnovationHub Technologies, they held various positions at Ingersoll Rand. From November 2014 to June 2016, Venkatesh served as the Director of Software and Controls, and from August 2012 to January 2014, they were a Solutions and Systems Architect, responsible for creating architecture and product design for air conditioning systems and a common platform for multiple business units. Prior to that, they worked at Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies as a Firmware Engineering Manager from March 2010 to July 2012, where they led the design, implementation, and sustenance of electronic access control products.

Venkatesh also has experience at Landmark Education as an Introduction Leaders Program: Classroom Leader from May 1998 to January 2007. Earlier in their career, they worked at Mindtree Consulting as a Project Lead from February 2000 to September 2005 and at Wipro Infotech as a Senior Software Engineer from April 1997 to January 2000.
