Jacob Gardner

Jacob Gardner has extensive experience in right of way services, currently serving as the Right of Way Services Manager at USI Consultants, Inc., a position held since June 2002. Prior roles at the same company include Business Development Coordinator, Right of Way Land Agent, and Right of Way Engineering Technician. Earlier experience includes an internship at United Consulting Engineers in 1999. Jacob Gardner earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University between 1997 and 2002 and furthered education through The Appraisal Institute from 2017 to 2018, and additional training with the International Right of Way Association (IRWA).
