Eric Sholberg

Eric Sholberg has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Eric started their career in 1998 as an Assurance Manager at Deloitte & Touche, where they worked as a consultant for The Boeing Company. During their time at Deloitte, they developed business process systems and monitoring programs for Boeing's financing division and performed auditing and investment consulting for their pension and 401(k) plans.

In 2007, Sholberg joined Key Private Bank as an Investment Manager, where they worked until 2008. Eric then moved on to become the President of 401(k) Advisors - Arizona. In this role, they oversaw the company's strategy, growth objectives, client service team, and relationships with vendors and partners.

Starting in 2017, Sholberg joined Brighton Jones as a Lead Advisor in their retirement plan practice. Eric worked closely with the team to create better experiences for companies and their employees. Brighton Jones is a Registered Investment Advisor that provides comprehensive wealth management, tax, and retirement plan advisory services.

Most recently, in 2023, Sholberg joined USI Consulting Group as the Vice President of Retirement Plan Sales.

Eric Sholberg has a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting/Finance from the Washington State University - College of Business and Economics. In addition, they are a Certified Public Accountant, obtained in February 2004 from the Washington State Board of Accountancy. No specific start or end dates for their education are provided.
