Kim Wade

Kim Wade, MBA, has an extensive work experience spanning over three decades. Starting in 1993, Kim held various roles at the University of Louisville Athletics, including Athletic Sponsorship Sales Manager and Program Manager. In 1998, Kim moved on to work at Arnold Palmer Property Management, where they served as Director of Sales Marketing, Regional Director of Sales And Marketing, and later as National Sales And Marketing Director. In 2004, Kim established their own company, Wade and Company, LLC, where they served as the sole proprietor. During this time, Kim worked on several marketing projects and successfully increased visibility and branding for various clients. In 2014, Kim became the Membership & Marketing Sales Director at Valhalla Golf Club, where they excelled in membership sales, member retention, and implemented successful marketing strategies, including social media and event marketing. In 2021, Kim served as a Business Development professional at ARGI and an Adjunct Professor at the University of Cincinnati. Currently, Kim is Vice President of Retirement Plan Services at USI Consulting Group, where they provide comprehensive retirement plan solutions to employers and their employees.

Kim Wade, MBA has a diverse education history that spans multiple years and institutions. In 1988, they began their undergraduate studies at Eastern Kentucky University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Communication. Kim'sstudies at Eastern Kentucky University concluded in 1992.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Kim Wade continued their academic journey at the University of Louisville. From 1994 to 1995, they pursued a Master of ED degree in Sports Administration. Following this, they furthered their education at the University of Louisville from 1995 to 1998, where they obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration.

In addition to their extensive education, Kim Wade has also obtained various certifications. In March 2021, they became an Insurance Agent for Accident, Health, Life, Variable Life & Variable Annuities through the Ohio Department of Insurance. In September 2021, they received the Series 65 certification from the NASAA.
