Marc Condon

Marc Condon has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of pension administration and actuarial consulting.

Marc is currently working at USI Consulting Group as the Vice President and Defined Benefit Operations Manager since May 2023.

Previously, Marc worked at Hooker & Holcombe from May 2019 to May 2023. Marc held the positions of Vice President, Practice Leader, Pension Administration Services, where they were responsible for delivering pension and cash balance plan administration solutions to various clients. Marc also managed the H&H Service Center, a team dedicated to assisting participants. Before that, they served as a Pension Administration Consultant at the same company from May 2019 to December 2020.

Earlier in their career, Marc worked at MassMutual from October 2002 to May 2019. Marc held various roles including AVP & Actuary, where they led pricing for Pension Risk Transfer contracts, managed longevity risks, and consulted with plan sponsors. Marc also served as the Defined Benefit Actuarial Practice Leader and Consulting Actuary during their time at MassMutual. As the practice leader, they managed a team of consulting actuaries and provided leadership and mentoring. Marc also worked across business lines to provide integrated retirement solutions. As a consulting actuary, Marc served as the lead consultant for numerous defined benefit pension plan clients and provided sales and marketing consulting.

Marc started their career at Cigna in 1991 and worked there until 2002. During their time at Cigna, they held the positions of Consulting Actuary and Actuarial Analyst, where they provided actuarial valuations, pension accounting, plan design consultation, and prepared funding and accounting reports.

Overall, Marc Condon has extensive experience in pension administration, actuarial consulting, and leadership roles in the field.

Marc Condon pursued their education at the University of Connecticut from 1986 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Mathematics/Actuarial Science. Marc also holds additional certifications, including being a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA).
