Kathleen Sebetka, QKA, AIF® has over 20 years of experience specializing in DB and DC retirement plans. Kathleen has worked as a Vice President, Retirement Services at USI Consulting Group since October 2011, where they partner with businesses and non-profit organizations, including entities with non-ERISA plans. Kathleen's role involves serving as a tour guide to the employer-sponsored retirement plan industry. Prior to their current position, they worked at OneAmerica as a Regional Sales Director from November 2003 to September 2011. Kathleen also has experience as a Regional Account Manager at Pan-American Life Insurance, where they proactively assisted clients with retirement plan design, testing, compliance issues, and conducted enrollment meetings in both English and Spanish.

Kathleen Sebetka, QKA, AIF®, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Spanish from the University of Arkansas.
