Chris Spingola

Chris Spingola is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in talent acquisition and executive search across various industries. Currently serving as Partner and Regional Manager for Talent Acquisition at USI Insurance Services since February 2016, Chris leads recruitment efforts for insurance professionals in the Midwest, Central, and MidAtlantic regions. Prior to this role, Chris was President of The Dain Network, Inc., specializing in national placements across IT, education, insurance, finance, and engineering. Experience also includes serving as Vice President/General Manager at Global Employment Solutions and Vice President at MRINetwork, where a successful career began as an award-winning executive recruiter. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Illinois State University.
