Deanna Miller

Deanna Miller has over 25 years of experience in various roles in marketing, recruiting, and talent acquisition. Currently, they work as a Corporate Regional Lead Recruiter at USI Insurance Services, where they manage the recruitment process. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at the same company. Deanna also has experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Parker Blake Consulting. Before transitioning into the talent acquisition field, Deanna held positions in marketing, including Senior Marketing Manager at LAT Apparel and Manager, Pro Merchandise Marketing at The Home Depot. Deanna also has experience as a Marketing & Recruiting Consultant, where they assisted various companies in sourcing and selecting candidates. Earlier in their career, Deanna worked at The Coca-Cola Company in roles such as Sr. Shopper Marketing Manager, Customer Marketing Manager, Zone Marketing Manager, Promotions Coordinator/Manager, Merchandise Coordinator, and Communications Coordinator. Deanna began their career as an Assistant Account Executive at Ogilvy & Mather. Overall, Deanna has a strong background in both marketing and recruiting, with a focus on developing strategies, executing campaigns, and managing the recruitment process.

Deanna Miller holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Communications from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. In 2010, they also studied The Culinary Art of Menu Research & Development at The Culinary Institute of America.
