Ida Shook

Ida Shook, MBA, CIC, CISR, AINS, currently serves as the National Commercial Lines Training Manager at USI Insurance Services, where responsibilities include developing training programs for a virtual workforce and overseeing the onboarding process for new hires. With prior roles as the Commercial Lines Manager at Berry Insurance Group and various positions at DeVry University, including Adjunct Professor and Regional Supervisor for Financial Literacy, Ida has extensive experience in training, education, and account management. An early career at Cincinnati Financial Corporation and Motorists Insurance Group established a strong foundation in underwriting and risk assessment. Ida holds an MBA in Marketing from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor's in Sales and Marketing from DeVry University, complemented by an Associate of Science in Business Management.
