Ingibjorg Asdis Ragnarsdottir

Ingibjorg Asdis Ragnarsdottir has extensive work experience in various roles at different companies. Ingibjorg Asdis is currently the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at VÍS Insurance Ltd since May 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Director Marketing & Customer Experience at the same company from June 2022 to June 2023.

Before joining VÍS Insurance, Ingibjorg worked at Icelandair for a significant period. Their roles included Director Service & Customer Experience from September 2019 to October 2021, Director Customer Experience Development from June 2017 to October 2021, General Manager Iceland Region from November 2016 to June 2017, Director of Customer Loyalty from August 2010 to November 2016, Manager Financial Partnerships from January 2008 to August 2010, Project Manager Internet and Marketing from October 2005 to January 2008, and Cabin Crew from May 2004 to October 2005.

Additionally, Ingibjorg has served as an Alternate Board member at Sýn since February 2023.

Ingibjorg Asdis Ragnarsdottir completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Reykjavik University in 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a BSc in Business Administration with a specialization in International Business from Reykjavik University between 2002 and 2005. In 2021, Ingibjorg also obtained certification in "Viðurkenndir stjórnarmenn" from Akademias (Iceland).
