Jorge Sandoval

Jorge Sandoval has extensive experience in operations and quality management within the automotive industry. JORGE currently serves as the Operations Development Director North America at Universal Scientific Industrial (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. In this role, they are responsible for developing operations strategies and coordinating management engineering areas.

Before joining Universal Scientific Industrial, Jorge worked at Flex for several years, holding various roles such as Operations Director and Sr. Operations Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for overseeing production output, improving manufacturing processes, and reducing downtime and scrap.
