Arielle Griffin

Arielle Griffin has a diverse work experience, starting in 2008 as a Consultant for eCampaigns at M+R Strategic Services, where they assisted nonprofits in achieving long-term change. From 2011 to 2018, they served as a Surface Warfare Officer in the US Navy. In 2018, Arielle joined the US Navy Reserve in the same capacity. In 2018, they also started working for USM, initially as a Supervisor for Exterior Services. Arielle then advanced to the role of Manager, Operational Excellence and Standardization in 2020 and is currently serving as the Director of Operations - Process Management.

Arielle Griffin holds a Master of Arts - MA degree in Organizational Leadership from The George Washington University's Graduate School of Education and Human Development. Arielle completed their degree program from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Government from Georgetown University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, Arielle has also earned several certifications, including Certified Snow Professional from the Snow & Ice Management Association in November 2021, Tactical Advisor from the Military Sealift Command in August 2021, and Master Training Specialist from the Naval Education and Training Command in September 2016.
