Joey Ammon

Joey Ammon is an experienced logistics and procurement professional, currently serving as a Category Manager and Senior Buyer at USM since May 2016. Prior to this role, Joey Ammon held various positions in the US Army from January 2012 to May 2016, including Battalion Logistics Officer, where responsibilities included managing a $20 million annual budget and overseeing property accountability for equipment valued over $700 million within an 800-person Air Defense Artillery battalion. As Battery Executive Officer, Joey Ammon was responsible for managing daily operations and supply programs for a 70-person unit, while also serving as Fire Control Platoon Leader, ensuring combat readiness and equipment accountability of $126 million worth of Patriot air defense equipment. Joey Ammon earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Geography from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2011.
