Molly Federman

Molly Federman is an accomplished professional in prospect research and portfolio management with extensive experience in the nonprofit sector. Currently serving as Sr. Manager at the USO since April 2020, Molly Federman oversees portfolios for up to 50 fundraisers across various teams, conducts portfolio consultations, and develops prospect management policies while maintaining a robust prospect pipeline. Previous roles include Manager at Arena Stage and City Harvest, where Molly Federman managed research programs and provided strategic insights to secure substantial philanthropic gifts. Molly Federman also has experience as Development Operations Associate at the New Israel Fund, where efforts focused on enhancing operational efficiency in development.
