Denise Parker, MBA, OLY has over two decades of work experience in various leadership roles in the sports industry. Denise began their career at Hoyt Archery Inc. as a Marketing Manager in 1998 before moving to the Archery Trade Association as Vice President and Director of Marketing in 2001. In 2007, they started their own company, DP Event Marketing, where they served as Owner until 2012. Parker then joined USA Archery as CEO in 2008, overseeing the organization until 2017. Denise currently holds a position at the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee, where they have served as Vice President of NGB Services from 2017 to 2023 and is currently the SVP, Chief of NGB Services and Sport Operations. In this role, Parker is responsible for guiding the strategic development and implementation of business resources, programs, and services to support internal and external partners in the U.S. Olympic Movement.
